Facilitators: Carrie Smith and Praven Pather
More than 2000 years ago Aristotle said:
“Anyone can become angry. That is easy. But to be angry with the right person, to the right degree, at the right time, for the right purpose, and in the right way, -- that is not easy.”
Indeed, this is a challenge for most of us, but it need not be the obstacle that it often is!
Do you find yourself. . . . .
If you would like to change even one of these patterns, and start the process of having more self awareness, then Anatomy of Anger would be the course for you. In a fun, small group environment, participants will learn how to be effective role models for anger management so, potentially, the whole family can become healthier and more peaceful. Take back your control and your power!
